Ron’s career as an investment banker and early-stage investor spans more than five decades and includes leadership at Raymond James, where he served as Co-Head of Corporate Finance. It began with ten years of buy-side experience for an individual whose eclectic collection of companies included an exotic car dealership in Beverly Hills, Kahlua, Lake Arrowhead, a helmet manufacturer, Bardahl, and a 3500-acre ranch. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions across industries ranging from technology and healthcare to manufacturing, consumer brands, restaurants, energy, real estate, construction and finance.
At Raymond James, he helped guide the firm’s early growth, working on offerings for CDI, Intelogic Trace, Sikes Corporation, Iverson Technology, Heico, and Norin Corp. and leading financings and sales to Aetna, Lennar, and Pilkington Visioncare for Minnesota Power and from General Electric. After more than a decade there, he founded Miller Advisory, where for 35 years he advised private and public companies on M&A and capital strategy, completing deals with buyers such as Johnson Controls, NYNEX, EDS, Verifone, Prometric, GTCR, Harbour Group and BP Asia Pacific. Ron has guided IPOs, valuations, and strategic exits for more than 50 companies and served on numerous boards (both public and private) across industries. He earned his BA from The Ohio State University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Arnaud brings 35+ years of experience in technology as an entrepreneur, operator, and investment banker. He has founded or co-founded six software companies across regulatory compliance, e-discovery with AI/ML, and LegalTech/FinTech platforms built on proprietary large language models. Earlier in his career, Arnaud held leadership roles at global technology leaders including Burroughs, Sperry, Prime Computer, and Sybase. He later advised on numerous M&A transactions at Corum Group, with a focus on AI/ML, FinTech, HealthTech, CyberSecurity, LegalTech, and Smart Logistics.

Brad Farris brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial services consultant and risk manager, helping companies solve their most critical challenges. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, modeling and stress-testing the balance sheet for the senior Asset and Liability Management Committee, before becoming an advisor to global institutions requiring strategic transformations.
While a consultant with Booz Allen and A.T. Kearney, Brad led merger integrations and large-scale strategy projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His time living and working in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Indonesia gave him a global perspective that continues to shape his work with business owners navigating today’s global economic environment. As the founder of Thornabbey Risk Management, Brad helped companies identify, quantify and manage risk, particularly when facing complex exposures and insurance challenges.

Lonnie has spent over 35 years on every side of the table in technology, as a founder, CEO, venture capitalist, board member, and investment banker. He knows firsthand the pressures of building, scaling, and exiting, and he brings that perspective to entrepreneurs navigating their own M&A journey.
He co-founded and ran jKool, an AI analytics company in the banking sector, and later led public and private technology companies in enterprise software, IoT, and cloud networking. Earlier in his career, Lonnie helped develop the original ARPANET at BBN and worked at Cisco Systems as the internet age took shape. In investment banking, he has advised dozens of founders at Atlas Technology Group and Corum Group, focusing on software and AI-driven businesses.

Alex Maggi is a CFA charterholder and licensed CPA who has spent his career turning complex financials into clear strategies for growth and exit. Tyler serves as a Consulting Partner at ERA Group, advising clients on strategy and organizational effectiveness. With 15+ years in healthcare and pharma, Tyler has led multi-site operations, HR, and training initiatives – including helping scale a startup to $10M in revenue during his three-year tenure.
Tyler earned his BS in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
